Silent Films with Live Organ Accompaniment by Shari Lucas. Three short films that feature cars. CONCORA's Summer Festival Chorus will perofrm Carl Orff's exhilerating masterpiece, Carmina Burana, scored for chorus and soloists, two pianos and five percussions players. The performance will be in the beautiful new SBM Auditorium of Manchester Community College. Summer Carillon Series. First Church of Christ in West Hartford Center is sponsoring Thursday evening carillon concerts during the month of July at 7:oo p.m. All are welcome to attend and may bring a chair or blanket and sit on the south lawn of the church, on the lawn of the public library or across the street on the Town Green.
